The Michigan Chapter accepts annual nominations for two awards: The Legacy Award and The Wildlife Conservation Award.

With these awards, the Chapter hopes to recognize individuals and organizations who have contributed to the success of wildlife in the state of Michigan.

Award nominations are usually requested in the fall or winter, and award winners are announce during the March Annual Conference or Spring Business Meeting. These are merit based awards and are not intended to be annual in nature. Multiple awards may be given out in some years and none in others, it is solely based on the merit of the nominees submitted by our membership.
